How it works

Exilis Ultra, from BTL Aesthetics, combines monopolar radiofrequency with ultrasound energy in one platform. Radiofrequency warms the tissue, and the ultrasound component is intended to act on deeper layers, with temperature monitored at the skin during treatment. Separate applicators are used for the face and for the body. The aim is firming and, on the body, some reduction of fat thickness, with results that take weeks to show and vary by person.
