How it works

Secret RF is a microneedle fractional radiofrequency device made by ILOODA, with Cutera as a distributor in some markets. A disposable cartridge carries a grid of fine needles that penetrate to a set depth and release radiofrequency energy beneath the surface. The remaining surface skin is left between needle points, which is the reason it is called fractional. Redness and small marks commonly follow, and results vary by person.
