How it works

LDM stands for local dynamic micro-massage and uses dual-frequency ultrasound applied with gel over the skin. The two frequencies are intended to reach slightly different depths, and the handpiece is moved over the face in slow strokes. It feels like a warm vibration and has no needles or cutting. How LDM affects a treatment quote

LDM is rarely sold alone as a headline treatment. More often it appears as a line inside a package, which is where it can be hard to see. If you are offered a bundle, ask for LDM to be listed with its own visit count.

Then ask how long a visit lasts and whether the course is prepaid with an expiry. A calming ultrasound session is the sort of service that is easy to buy in bulk and hard to use up, so the terms matter more than the unit price. Ask whether it is included after a laser or RF treatment, and whether tax is shown. The doctor decides if it suits your skin at the exam.
