How injectable treatments are priced

Toxin, filler, collagen stimulators, and fat-dissolving injections each use a different denominator. Toxin is counted in units, fillers in syringes or cc, and stimulators in vials. This page shows how to line up different quotes and how to choose among them.

How to choose

  1. The denominator

Toxin is priced per unit or per area, fillers per syringe or cc, and stimulators per vial. Convert to the same basis before comparing.

  2. The named product

Different brands and formulations are not interchangeable. A quote should name the product and its volume.

  3. How long it lasts

Some products fade in months, others last longer. Cost per year depends on the repeat schedule, which varies by person.

  4. Touch-ups

Ask whether a top-up visit is included in the first figure.

  5. Numbing and tax

Numbing cream, a consultation fee, and VAT may be listed separately.

Injectables: common questions

Why can I not compare toxin and filler quotes?

They use different denominators. One is by unit, the other by volume. Compare within the same product type.

Is a larger syringe count better?

Only if the plan needs it. The doctor decides the volume at the exam.

Are touch-ups included?

It depends on the clinic. Ask in writing.
